BLOOMIN’ REALITY brings us the work of six artists in the heart of London for just three days only!!

For just three days this Christmas, BLOOMIN’ REALITY, a bold pop-up show brings together some of the hottest urban artists. The show takes place in the heart of London in Noho Showrooms from 14 to 16 December.   

The artists were selected for their light-hearted yet exacting commentary on modern reality, along with the vibrant aesthetic qualities in their work.

The work allows for a broader appreciation that is set apart from the academizing often imposed by looking too deeply into the art historical, social, political and economic values of a work.

Supported by NAAR Mag and Michele Maalouli Jewellery, BLOOMIN’ REALITY features six artists working in a variety of diverse materials, from Lauren Baker’s mesmerising neons to Tommy Gurr’s decommissioned road sign stencils.

The show features recent spray paint works on used skateboards by the celebrated urban artist Catman and signature mixed media pieces by Robin Coleman. You will see Shuby’s colourful hand-painted and silk screen printed works as well as brand new works created in London by popular Lebanese artist Jules Bakhos. 

The exhibition shows us that the world today needs positivity and the word blooming reflects just that.

While the days are getting chillier, BLOOMIN’ REALITY looks towards the festive season and to brighter spring days to come when we come back into bloom in the new year – dispelling a world of seemingly endless negativity through colour, light-heartedness and in many cases pure smile-inducing jest.
