After the cancellation of Vault Festival, The Studio in the Other Palace lends itself very well to this one-woman cabaret performance.
Cabaret performer Anna Lou Larkin plays a french sommelier with bright red lipstick and delivers a performance Edith Piaf and Toulouse-Lautrec would be impressed by.
Bringing together humour, merlot, accordion-based musical comedy and a murder mystery, Anna delivers an atmospheric depiction of Parisian Cabaret as she interacts with her audience, successfully making them part of her narrative.
The audience is provided with a complementary glass of Merlot or a non alcoholic wine depending on their preference to make this a truly immersive experience.
After seeing the show I must say, Je ne regrette rien.
