Blippi the Musical is returning to the West End the West End this Christmas following its sold out Summer run. It is set to run from 7th of December to 8th of January at the Lyric Theatre.

Blippi The Musical brings the curious and fun character Blippi off the screen and onto the stage with world-class production, audience engagement and amazing music. Blippi encourages learning for children from the ages of 2 to 7 years old through doing, playing and exploring – inspiring a child’s natural curiosity about the world around them. In the live show they will continue to learn about the world around them while singing and dancing along with this one-of-a-kind show.

The Artiscape spoke with Jamie Chapman Dixon about playing Blippi in upcoming run.

Can you tell us a bit about transitioning such a well-loved character to the stage?

What is in store for Blippi in the future?

Dixon: The north American tour has just been announced for Blippi’s new show ‘The Wonderful World Tour’ and expect to see Blippi back in the UK soon.

What do you think children will enjoy about this production?
